Dr. Mike: Our guest is going to deal with inner healing and deliverance, and we cannot wait to really deal with that. That is one of the topics that I deal with as a therapist.

The question that we have today is: Why the need for inner healing and deliverance? Why now?

Our life lesson goes like this:

Have you ever noticed that some of the deepest wounds people carry are the ones no one can see?

A person can smile, go to work, serve in church, and appear to have everything together while silently carrying years of rejection, betrayal, abuse, fear, shame, guilt, or unforgiveness.

Those hidden wounds often influence how we think, how we respond to others, how we handle relationships, and even how we see ourselves and God.

That is why inner healing is so important.

God is not interested in simply changing our behavior. He wants to heal our hearts. He wants to restore the places where life has left us broken.

Deliverance is also part of that process.

Sometimes people remain bound by habits, destructive thought patterns, bitterness, fear, or spiritual oppression that keeps them from experiencing the freedom Christ died to give them.

Jesus did not come only to forgive our sins. He came to set captives free and to make us whole.

So why now?

Because we are living in a generation experiencing unprecedented levels of anxiety, depression, loneliness, addiction, broken families, and emotional exhaustion.

More than ever, people need more than information. They need transformation.

God is calling His people into healing so they can become instruments of healing for others.

When your heart is restored, your testimony becomes a light to someone who is still walking through darkness.

Today is the perfect time to surrender every hidden wound to God and allow Him to begin the work of restoration.

Finally, remember: healing is not a sign of weakness. It is a testimony of God's power at work in your life.

Introducing Neal Nixon

Host: You know what I have to say? I am super pumped, guys. We have our special guest, Mr. Neal Nixon, in the building.

Welcome to the show, Neal. How are you doing, my brother?

Neal Nixon: Welcome, welcome, welcome. I am privileged and honored to be among a group of DJs and PhDs, so I feel a little bit educated already.

Yeah, DJs and doctors. Both DJs and doctors speak to the people and educate the people, so I am happy to be here. I believe I am going to learn something as well.

Host: We are going to call you my brother.

Neal Nixon is our special guest. He is hosting, on July 11th, the Inner Healing and Deliverance Conference.

Listen, we are just about a week out. This is serious business, folks. It is called the Inner Healing and Deliverance Conference.

Why Inner Healing and Deliverance?

Host: Now listen, we are going to talk. The reason why this is so interesting and so deep is because, given all the controversy around what is happening in America and the injustices, I just need a brief synopsis.

We are going to go into more detail, but why should we come to this conference? Why inner healing and deliverance as a conference on July 11, beginning at 9:00 a.m.? Why, Neal?

Neal Nixon: Well, let me start first. Let me give you a micro perspective on African Americans, and then I will give you the biblical perspective. I will give you a perspective from Christ.

Why are African Americans more sick or more mentally ill, disproportionately to the population? And I would say Blacks, not just African Americans, because that includes Caribbeans and Africans as well.

Co-Host: Why?

Neal Nixon: Because we went through racism. There is more trauma in the Black community.

Host: Right.

Neal Nixon: Where there is more trauma, there is more unforgiveness. What did Christ say about unforgiveness?

Where there is trauma, you are going to find more suppressed feelings. And there is a link between suppressed feelings and autoimmune diseases.

The research shows that there is a big link. If you have suppressed feelings for years, you are likely to end up with an autoimmune disease. You are likely to end up being mentally ill.

But if you have a lot of trauma, you are also likely to have a lot of unforgiveness. The rate of unforgiveness goes up when there is a lot of trauma.

If a young ten-year-old was raped, went through racism, or went through some kind of trauma, then it is on that person's mind. As a forty- or fifty-year-old, it is still on their mind in the form of unforgiveness.

And what did Christ say about unforgiveness?

Christ said to the wicked servant, if you do not forgive your fellow servant, then I will hand you over to the tormentors.

Then who are the tormentors? The tormentors.

If you are dealing with trauma, you know you are hurting, and you know you have issues, do not act like this is not something real. This is true freedom.

A Thought Before the Music

Co-Host: Before I get into this mix, I had something on my heart to share real quick.

Host: Go ahead, bro.

Co-Host: When Mike was going through the life lesson and talking about how God does not just want to change your behavior, and how inner healing is about heart healing, one of the things I envisioned was this:

An unhealed heart is like a bumpy road.

Trying to change your behavior is like driving your car over that bumpy road. But if your heart is healed, that road smooths out. Then the car travels a lot smoother as it goes on its journey.

I am a big believer in healing the heart, man. It allows everything else to flow. It allows everything else to flow.

That is my nugget for the day. We get one nugget per episode.

DJs can be deep with the words just like that. Music is what I am about to deliver.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits:

Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Oh man, that is good. I like that first line: Bless the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget all His benefits.

The Inspiration Behind the Conference

Dr. Mike: Our guest has already dropped some nuggets. He has already dropped some knowledge on us about the power of deliverance and the power of healing.

My friend, I have a question.

Neal Nixon: Yes, sir?

Dr. Mike: What is the inspiration behind you hosting the Inner Healing and Deliverance Conference that is coming up on Saturday, July 11?

Neal Nixon: Well, I have always been interested in deliverance.

If you are from the Caribbean, or if you are African American, you came from Africa, or you came from a place with a lot of witchcraft. In the Caribbean right now, we have a lot of voodoo.

I am seeing right now, with some of the people I am dealing with in America, African Americans have a lot of that in them as well because we are dealing with generational issues.

About a year ago, I think it was August of last year, I heard as clear as day, like we are talking right now, the Lord said to me, "In the next twelve months, you are going to be busy doing deliverance."

I heard that voice, and I just took off. We put up a Facebook page, put up a website, and so forth.

But here is what Jesus said in Mark 16:17:

These signs shall follow them that believe; in My name they shall cast out demons.

Now, this is Jesus' farewell remarks. We were just talking about Frederick Douglass' speech, but this is Jesus' last speech. He is about to go to heaven. That is His last comment to us.

He said, "These signs shall follow them that believe; in My name they shall cast out demons."

In Luke 10:19, He said:

Behold, I have given you authority over all the powers of the enemy, and nothing will by any means hurt you.

So the Church has a responsibility.

I am talking about deep deliverance. I am not talking about just patting someone on the head and singing a few songs. I am talking about dealing with demons, principalities, witches, and warlocks. That is what I am talking about.

There are so many people in need of deliverance.

I will give you an example. A lady came to us. She was about forty-five or fifty years old. For eighteen years, demons would sleep with her every night. For eighteen years, it affected all her cycles. These things affect the female sexual organs and the female reproductive system.

For eighteen years, she went to churches, and the churches would not help her because they were not equipped to help her.

So then she went to a shaman, she went to a psychic, she went to a palm reader, and she burned sage looking for a solution.

When she came to us, through the power of the Holy Ghost—because man cannot do deliverance, and I myself cannot do deliverance—it is through the power of the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus Christ, and under the protection of the blood of Jesus.

That is how you do deliverance.

So I cannot claim that I can do deliverance. It is the Holy Ghost doing the deliverance.

But when she came to us, we were able to get her delivered. And guess who was responsible for that? It was her mother. Her mother placed demons on her.

There are a lot of people going through these things quietly in the churches, and the pastors, ministers, and church members are not equipped to deal with these things.

That is why we are doing this: to train and equip the Church to deal with demons, to remove demons as Christ instructed us to do, to deal with witches, and to deal with heart parts and fractured souls.

We talk about being free. We talk about really trying to live a life that is pleasing to God and having peace.

This conference, the Inner Healing and Deliverance Conference, is real—just as real as what you are going through.

Deep Teaching on Spiritual Warfare

Co-Host: What's going on, everybody? Welcome back to the No More Dirty Radio Show.

We are here with the crew and our special guest, Neal Nixon. We are talking about this upcoming conference on inner healing and deliverance.

We have been getting deep, like we have been saying, and we are going to get a little deeper.

Talk to us, Neal, about the deep teaching on spiritual warfare and also the warfare prayers and renunciation.

Neal Nixon: Yes, yes. The conference itself is a step-by-step training.

Anybody who is interested in Christ and His work can come and get trained.

I am going to discuss four areas that really allow demon access into our lives.

Number one is generational curses, or what I call generational discipline.

You may see patterns in certain families: patterns of sickness, patterns of suicide, patterns of drunkenness, and patterns of strange sexual immorality. That is usually an indication that there is a generational issue in that family.

A lot of demons I have dealt with will confess what the forefathers did and why they are in that bloodline.

The second area is idolatry.

Idolatry is vast. It is not only witchcraft, but also burning sage, numerology, astrology, and anything that is not of Christ.

Jesus said, "I am the door." If you come through any other door, you are coming through the evil one.

The third area is sexual immorality, including masturbation and pornography. It is a wide door for demons to come in and damage your life.

The fourth area is unforgiveness.

There are a lot of people with unforgiveness, particularly people who have gone through trauma.

So we are coming to teach people the step-by-step process.

We are going to have what we call a corporate renunciation prayer, an extensive corporate renunciation prayer.

Usually when we do that, people begin to manifest during the prayer. If they manifest, we will attend to them.

Usually, manifestation means either a witch or a demon is in that person.

The conference is July 11, on a Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

We are providing breakfast and lunch because we do not want anybody to leave. We want people to stay and network with the different ministers who are coming.

I am bringing two highly experienced deliverance ministers from the state of Georgia, from two different ministries. They are coming to Huntsville to train and teach.

It is going to be at the Sid & Patty Smith Event Center on Mastin Lake. It is right within the city limits.

We are charging $47. The reason we are doing that is because we are providing breakfast and lunch, and we are renting the place.

We are not trying to make money from it. We are trying to provide these things so people can feel comfortable. They do not have to leave and go for lunch. We want them to stay, network, and ask questions to the different ministers who are coming.

Breaking Covenants and Generational Curses

Host: Welcome back to the No More Dirty Radio Show. You are tuned in, and you already know it is on and popping.

Listen, we are talking about inner healing and deliverance.

If you know somebody, or if you might be dealing with some things, we sincerely pray that you will consider being part of this movement to get your life together and help others learn the keys.

Now, Neal, we have to talk about a few more things that you are going to talk about during that day.

Let's talk about breaking covenants and generational curses. You talked about those four issues and those four types of situations. Then I am going to ask Dr. Mike to give a prayer as we go to the next song.

But let's talk about that. Why is this so imperative? This is serious business.

Neal Nixon: The Lord said several times in Scripture that He will visit the iniquities of the fathers unto the children.

That has nothing to do with salvation. That has to do with discipline.

Host: Come on.

Neal Nixon: You can still go to heaven and be disciplined because of your forefathers.

What God is trying to do is ensure that idolatry does not occur again in your family.

So He puts a discipline in the family, a wake-up call, so somebody in the family can cry out, stand in the gap, and ask for forgiveness on behalf of that family.

For instance, let me give an example.

Somebody comes to us, and the demon says, "I am in that family because the grandfather had sex with one of his children."

Then we inquire further: Was it a girl child or a male child?

The demon says, "A male child."

So now we have to renounce homosexuality. We have to renounce incest. We have to renounce molestation. We have to renounce rape.

All these demons are likely to be there.

We have to renounce them, rebuke them, and ask God for forgiveness on behalf of the bloodline, to cleanse the bloodline, because you are standing in the gap on behalf of your bloodline.

So you renounce, you rebuke, you denounce, and you ask for forgiveness.

Then I come back to the demon and ask, "Do you have any more legal right?"

The demon says, "No, that was my only legal right."

Then I say, "Well, you have to leave now, because you have no more legal rights."
